Start Quest by speaking with Molina, he is located above in bank in Jeel, he will tell you "he will tell you he is having troubles with bandits on the road and would like you to handle these ruffians" respond with Yes, King Lotors land must be safe for merchants." this will start the quest he will tell you that they have built an encampment east of Jeel and north of Hothbra on the coast and to go kill 50 Thieves, once you have kill them return back to Molina for your reward: 7500 Experience Pool Rugged Platemail

Travel North East of the city of Jeel (Be sure to bring a Regular cure potion) you will find a cave, once you run thru the cave you will find a exit to Mirthik Island he will be located just north of the exit inside his house, clicking on him he will start coughing and say he needs something to cure him, drop the cure potion on top of him he will think you for your kindness and ask for a moment, clicking him again he will ask you if there is something he can do you for, click "No, However I was wondering about these Poles over there" he will tell you about them and ask if you wish to learn the polearm skill, click "Yes I would like to understake this challaenge" to start the quest he will tell you he has placed a mark on your forearm and you must vist the three leaders of Krythan and return with the mark from each of them, you will need to travel to Jeel (Halloway), Varg (Borak) and Lotors castle (King Lotor) and speak to each leader once you have spoken to return back to Mirthik for your reward: 4500 Polearm Experience 6000 Experience Pool
